Session Policies & Agreements

At Grand Valley Portraits, we keep things simple, transparent, and professional.

Model Release

By booking a session, you grant Grand Valley Portraits a non-exclusive license to use the resulting photographs for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes. You retain full rights to use your images for personal and professional needs.

Liability Release

I voluntarily participate in the photography session and release Grand Valley Portraits, its owner, and agents from any liability for injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the session, except in cases of gross negligence.

Deliverables

Deliverables vary by package (detailed in your specific Session Agreement):

•  Signature On-Location: 6 professionally edited images

•  Executive On-Location: 10 edited images + wall portrait option

•  Corporate/Team: Custom deliverables based on group size

Full agreements are provided at the time of booking and must be confirmed prior to the session.
